Composition 23.02 Aspen, Colorado
Colorado is state located at the west and south area of the United States of America. Its capital is Denver. The entire state is above 1000m high. In Colorado you can find the Pitkin County, whose most populated city is Aspen. I’m planning a trip there. Although they have got a hard climate, I would like to go at winter, because people say that it is one of the greatest ski resorts in all over the world.
I would fly to Aspen’s airport, the Aspen-Pitkin County Airport, and then I would take a bus into the city center. I would spend two or three weeks there, some days skiing at Buttermilk, Aspen Highlands or Snowmass but also doing cultural activities like some that the Aspen Institute organizes or Aspen’s Musical Festival. I would probably stay in a traditional hotel like Isabelle Inn, which looks classic and it’s not very expensive.

Composition 15th October
The picture I like the most is number 9. When I saw those penguins without a white landscape I started thinking why they were on the ground and not on the ice. It could be due to the global warming. It is something that we have been concerned on the last few years, but maybe it was a little bit late. In spite of most of people is doing their best to recycle, there are still some citizens that don’t mind if the world is becoming a dump. They haven’t thought about they are sowing the seeds of our own downfall. Once and for all we should try to make people aware of the important problem that we have, and stop the heat that those penguins are suffering.
